I swim on both the Durango Swim Club and DHS Girls Varsity Swim and Diving Team. My favorite hobbies are taking pictures and hiking/backpacking.
If you could be a SuperHero? What would your name be and what would be your Superpower?
My superhero name would be Bonster and my superpower would be to walk on water.
Describe your session to someone that was not at the session. (Best part, funniest moment, coolest location, etc)
My session was a blast! Allison was completely willing to go on a hike to get the perfect shot. The coolest location I took my senior pictures at would be Cascade Creek. It was original, and the ambiance of the area really showed my personality.
What was the best High School moment so far or what are you going to miss most about High School.
So far my favorite High School moment is the bus trips that we take for away swim meets. My team always has so much fun together that I have come to like the bus rides more than the actual swim meet. When I leave for college I am most going to miss the friendships that I have made. I’ve grown up with a lot of the people I go to school with now, so when I leave it will kind of be like saying “goodbye” to my childhood.
What are your future plans after high school?
I plan to go to college and get a major in something science related. I really want to become an orthopedic surgeon, but I haven’t really chosen the path I want to take in order to get there.
What would you like others to know about Allison Ragsdale Photography?
That Allison is AMAZING! She really makes you feel comfortable while taking pictures, and the entire experience is just a blast.

Besides hanging out with friends and my academics I mostly paint.
If you could be a SuperHero? What would your name be and what would be your Superpower?
If I could be a superhero I would be Tic Toc and I would control time.
Describe your session to someone that was not at the session. (Best part, funniest moment, coolest location, etc)
The best part of my session was taking pictures on the fall, my favorite time of the year and finding all the good places with changed leaves to pose.
What was the best High School moment so far or what are you going to miss most about High School.
I am going to miss my school itself. I’m going to miss coming to school, in our little strip mall high school and being excited for whatever that day is going to hold. Most of all I am going to miss my friends and teachers.
What are your future plans after high school?
After high school I want to go to college and pursue a degree in art therapy. I am really excited and also nervous about this next chapter of my life.

It’s literally the best! Allison is so good at what she does and she makes the photography sessions so much fun.

I had tons of fun! It was very easy being infront of the camera with Allison, its easy to find the best poses with her!
What was the best High School moment so far or what are you going to miss most about High School.
I’m going to miss sitting in Roxy’s class talking about random things like her sister.

College!!

She is amazing! Easy to be around! And makes a situation that should be awkward, completely comfortable!!
Bayfield Senior Picture Photographer
Sam (Samantha), a Bayfield High School Class of 2013 senior, came in for her session on a Saturday morning with her friend Jamie (who is one of our BHS Class of 2013 Models) for moral support. We had a great time running around town, using some of my all time favorite locations and a few new spots as well. Sam was totally flexible and up for anything. I photographed Sam a few years ago on her family session, so it was fun to see her again, “all grown up”! Hope you love these few of my favorites!

The coolest spot was in La Plata Canyon, because all of the fall colors were really bright, although at one point I almost fell down the hill we were shooting on.
What was the best High School moment so far or what are you going to miss most about High School.
The best moment for me in high school was after LINK internships when everybody came back after having so much fun at their internships and sharing their experiences. None of us wanted to go back to regualr school because we all had so much fun
What are your future plans after high school?
I want to go to college for pre med and become a doctor.

We we took pictures in Durango by the river, swinging bridge, studio. It was lots of fun except when I almost walked on a dead squirrel. Funny moment gone bad!!! Lol
What was the best High School moment so far or what are you going to miss most about High School.
I think I will probably miss the teachers the most because they have helped me through the problems that I came here with.
What are your future plans after high school?
Enlist in the national guard and go to school to be a veterinary technician.
What would you like others to know about Allison Ragsdale Photography?
It’s fun. She takes great pictures and her hair styling place is the best place to to get anything done. P.s. i had the best massage ever!!!

All I had to do was describe to Allison about what kind of background i wanted and she knew where to do it! Also i was scared about posing but she told me exactly how to do it which was really cool!
What was the best High School moment so far or what are you going to miss most about High School.
Football Games, I’m going to miss all my friends and all the cool events like Homecoming and Prom!
What are your future plans after high school?
Go to a college in Colorado, maybe Fort Lewis and study accounting

That they don’t have to worry about where to take photos and how to pose for them

I am the president of National Art Honors Society and vice president of National Honors Society. I like to draw and paint. I love the lake and go all summer. I am not in any sports. I work at Lewis Merc in Bayfield.

I would have super speed and my name would be Mighty Megan

We just stayed in one place but there was so much in the little area that we didn’t need to go anywhere else! It was super fun! We took some pictures on the train tracks and the train started coming so we had to get out of the way and ended up getting some pictures with the train in the background!
What was the best High School moment so far or what are you going to miss most about High School.
I don’t know if I have a favorite moment. There are way too many. I would have to say that I will probably miss my teachers the most. I have gotten to know some of them really well and I am going to miss them a lot!
What are your future plans after high school?
I will go to college somewhere but I don’t really know where yet. I think I will probably major on biology or zoology

It is so fun! I loved the experience and Alison is super fun to be with!

It was awesome we did a shoot in front of the train tracks and beautiful river. She makes it so enjoyable and funny and all worthwhile!

My last first day of high school, it was so fun and it was weird thinking that was my last year in Bayfield. I’m going to miss my teachers and friends the most from high school.
What are your future plans after high school?
I plan to attend University of Iowa and pursue a career in medicine.

She is so AMAZING and fun. She makes the shoot fun and is so creative with her spots and poses! She makes the pictures look perfect and stunning!

She styled her hair and had her make up done by Mary Beth at Hair Fusion (our favorite stylist/salon).
