If I had to pick a session to show off Durango in the summer, it would be Mallory’s. She loves the outdoors here and spends all summer out in the mountains, river, rocks, etc that Durango has to offer (except when she’s at an aerospace competition winning awards). So, we played in the daisies (we timed it perfectly – I have never in my entire life seen this many daisies in one place). Mallory made a flower crown, frolicked, did a few yoga poses. She’s such a natural beauty! I got completely carried away with how perfect it all was. We finished the session at Haviland lake with Mallory’s parents for a few family portraits. Actually, that wasn’t the end of it either. On our way back to the studio, the sunset was one of the best of the summer and possibly the best I’ve ever seen. So, we had to pull over and shoot a few more portraits. I hope you love all of these as much as I do!
