Erin & Spencer were married July 30, 2011 at KMS Farm; literally over the hill from Matt and my home. What a beautiful place for a wedding! You might remember these two; they were the first fusion slideshow subjects for their engagement session. You can see the fusion video by clicking Durango Wedding Fusion Photographer. We couldn’t wait to work with Randy of Silver Summit Films again to create a fusion slideshow of their wedding day as well. The day started out hot and sunny, but by ceremony time, the clouds had rolled in and it was raining (good luck, they say). We moved the ceremony inside and it was still breathtakingly beautiful. There were lots of little details that I just loved about this wedding, but Erin’s shoes might be my favorite one. From the gorgeous bride and groom, to the stunning bouquets (by Blossom Durango), to the really yummy cupcakes (by Barb Mills); this was a wedding to remember. The dancing was even impressive – from the adorable little ones on up – including a flip! Donna of Occasions kept everything running smoothly so we could all enjoy the day. There were a lot of humorous moments, as you can see from the images. So there was a lot of laughing; including at myself because I managed to fall flat on my face while we were photographing the bride and groom. I turned mid air to avoid falling on my camera and other than being a bit stunned, we (my camera and I) were ok. I did get a lot of grass stain jokes the rest of the evening. I hope you love these few of my faves and I can’t wait to share the fusion video of Erin and Spencer’s wedding!
